  • Shipping Time: Delivery typically takes 4-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Please note that shipping timelines may vary slightly for remote areas or during peak seasons.
  • Shipping Notifications: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details to monitor your shipment.

Return Policy

We at Cohso strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

    • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
    • Returns are not accepted for products that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.

    • Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.

  3. Refunds:

    • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved by our team.
    • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.

  4. Return Shipping Costs:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days, and we’ll gladly exchange it for you.

Conditions:

  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • We will inspect the order and if it will get approved, the delivery of the exchanged product will be done within 7 working days.
